We’d love to hear from you. Whether you have a story tip, a correction, a press enquiry, an advertising or partnership question, a contributor application, or a licensing/AI-citation request, here is how to reach the right part of the desk.

Reach the desk

Email the editorial desk at editor@cryptorublecoins.com. We read everything, and we route messages to the right person — one of our named contributors (Olivier Acuna, Stanislas Pogorzelski, or Bernard Condon) or the wider Crypto Ruble Coins editorial desk.

What to contact us about

  • Story tips. Seeing something in CBDCs, stablecoins, regulation, or a scam readers should know about? Tell us. A good tip includes what happened, why it matters, and — crucially — links to primary sources or documents we can verify. We protect the confidentiality of sources acting in good faith.
  • Corrections. Include a link to the page and a clear description of the error. See how we handle these at corrections.
  • Press & media. For interviews, commentary, or questions about our coverage, mark your message “Press.”
  • Advertising & partnerships. See advertise first, then get in touch.
  • Careers & contributing. Real, credentialed writers are welcome through a moderated process — see careers.
  • Licensing & AI citation. Questions about quoting, syndicating, or citing our work (including by AI answer engines) are welcome.

Following our work

If you’d rather keep up with our coverage than email us, you can subscribe to The Money Layer, our free weekly newsletter, and follow the site by RSS. These are the best ways to see new CBDC Watch updates, security and scam alerts, and money-layer analysis as they publish. Signing up never involves a payment, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Response expectations

We are a small, independent desk, so we cannot reply to everything, but we prioritise corrections and anything that could mislead readers about risk, and we aim to acknowledge substantive enquiries within a few business days. Please don’t take a delayed or absent reply as agreement or endorsement — capacity, not judgement, is usually the reason.

Confidentiality and sources

If you are sharing information as a source, tell us how you would like to be attributed — on the record, on background, or not named — and we will honour reasonable requests to protect your identity where you are acting in good faith. Please do not send us anything you are not legally entitled to share, and be aware that ordinary email is not a secure channel; if you need a more secure way to reach us, say so and we will arrange one.

What we can and can’t help with

We can help with editorial, corrections, and partnership questions. We cannot give personalised financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and we cannot help you buy, sell, convert, or move any cryptocurrency or currency — Crypto Ruble Coins is a news and education publication, not a financial service, exchange, conversion, or off-ramp, and we do not facilitate sanctions evasion. We also cannot recover lost or stolen funds or intervene with an exchange or wallet on your behalf; if you have been scammed, your best steps are to contact the relevant platform and the appropriate authorities in your country, and we cover common scams and red flags to help you avoid them in the first place. For anything involving your own money or legal position, please consult a qualified professional. See compliance.
